We are a partner of a leading company in the production of Gearbox assembly lines for the industrial sector. The collaboration began with the support in the construction of some simple stations, then we made the development of the entire mechanical design of new lines starting from the technical specification.
Customer’s requests:
- Design the entire lines respecting the technical specifications provided to the customer and integrating them with the ongoing requests from the end users of the system
- Respect stringent design requirements on ergonomics for manual stations
- Carry out design in a loop with suppliers to achieve cost optimization.
Stages of work:
- Conception and definition of the general layout of each single station
- 3D design of each single station and selection of commercial components
- 2D drawings and production bills of materials.
